Drew Norman

Drew is an analytical, organized, and creative research professional with a strong academic foundation and diverse experience across multiple disciplines. His passion for research began while completing a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics at Queen’s University, where he earned the Governor General’s Academic Medal and was consistently recognized on the Dean’s List of Distinction.

Driven to further develop his research expertise, Drew completed the Research Analyst graduate program at Humber College, where he strengthened his capabilities in data analysis, research technologies, research design, and both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.

Since 2016, Drew has contributed to a broad range of research initiatives spanning linguistics, psychology, software development, higher education, and product design. Through these experiences, he has developed a versatile and rigorous approach to research, combining analytical thinking with creative problem-solving and attention to detail.

Drew is excited to apply his research expertise to support Elite Search’s executive search and talent intelligence initiatives, helping deliver meaningful insights and exceptional outcomes for clients.
